At today’s session in Sarajevo, Government of FBiH unanimously determined the Proposal of the budget of FBiH for 2015.
Proposal of the budget of Federation of BiH for 2015 amounts to 2.334.147.169 BAM, that is for 141.4 million BAM or 5.7% lower compared to the Budget for 2014.
Compared to the Draft, determined at the 137th session of Government of FBiH held on 29th October 2014, in the amount of 2.345.247.169 BAM, today determined Proposal of budget for 2015 is lower for 11.1 million BAM.
Structure of the expenditure side represents the implementation of restrictive public spending measures, which is one of priorities of economic policy in coming years.
Fiscal policy will, in 2015 as well, be oriented to activities that will contribute to the economic and social strengthening of Federation of BiH and the state OF Bosnia and Herzegovina. Regarding to this, harsh austerity measures in al segments of public spending are continued, as announced from the Press service of the Government of BiH.
Also, the Draft law on the Execution of the budget for FBiH for 2015 has been sent to the urgent parliamentary procedure today.
Federal Parliament is to adopt urgent addressed decisions on financial plans of extra-budgetary funds for 2015 of: Health Insurance Institute of FBiH, Federal Fund of Solidarity, Professional Service of the Health Insurance Institute of FBiH and Federal Institute for Employment.
