Public utility company “Gradski saobraćaj Sarajevo” (in Bosnian: KJKP GRAS) will have free internet in all trams by the end of the year, it was confirmed for Klix.ba.

This information was confirmed by the temporary manager of KJKP GRAS doo Sarajevo Haris Gusic.
“GRAS should have free internet for all users in all trams by the end of the year,” Gusic said.
He emphasizes that the establishment of the free Internet service depends on technical issues due to the high voltage in the trams.
“This is a technical problem for which we still do not have a solution. The electricians are actively working on finding the solution and they were given the task to solve it within the next week. They asked for another seven days because they had no solution, “ Gusic said.
The temporary GRAS manager points out that he hopes that all technical problems will be solved soon, and that by the end of the year, free internet service will be provided in all trams.
“This is the first phase of the establishment of the Internet in all vehicles. So, the first phase are trams, the second phase is a commercial line, and afterwards we are considering other modes of transport. I hope that in the future we will have free internet in all vehicles, “ Gusic said.
