Police Action conducted in BiH, Large Amount of Drugs found

The police officers of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Tuzla Canton, acting according to the orders of the municipal courts, and according to the previously created Operational Plan for the implementation of joint measures and prevention actions, detection and identification of perpetrators of crimes in the field of abuse of narcotics, illegal possession of weapons and ammunition, property crimes, etc., on June 29 and 30, 2022, conducted searches and other planned activities at six locations in the area of ​​Tuzla Canton.

During the search, temporarily confiscated items were also found that can be linked to the commission of criminal acts: 11 packages (of different sizes) containing a white powdery substance that looks like the narcotic drug “amphetamine speed”, 9 packages (of different sizes) containing plant matter that looks like cannabis, 5 digital scales for precise measurement, electric machine for vacuum packaging, a certain amount of money (Euro and BAM currencies, in different denominations), 1 gun CZ” with 67 pieces of ammunition, 1 gas pistol, as well as other items that can serve as evidence in the later proceedings. The objects and materials found were temporarily excluded for expert examination, and police officers are taking further measures and actions to document the objects.

As part of the aforementioned activities, three persons were deprived of their liberty and they will be handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton for further investigation. proceedings, while after the completion of the case against two persons (K.B. and M.F.) the respective Reports will be submitted to the competent Prosecutor’s Office.
