Head of the EU Delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina/EUSR, Ambassador Peter Sørensen, will visit Čitluk and Ljubuški today.
All levels of government have various tasks with regard to the process of EU integration and this visit is an opportunity to discuss EU related issues with local authorities in the Cities of Čitluk and Ljubuški. Important EU funded projects are also in the agenda of this visit.
Ambassador Sørensen is meeting with Mayor of Čitluk, Mr Ivo Jerkić.
Signing ceremony of contract between the Municipality Čitluk and construction company Hering on works on the IPA contributed “Construction of Waste Water Treatment Plant” (WATSAN) project in Čitluk; A Photo-op and press statements are scheduled at 10:00 hrs.
There will also be a visit to construction site on IPA contributed Ljubuški sewage system project. A Photo-op and press statements at this visit is scheduled at 11:00 hrs.
