The BiH Minister of Security Fahrudin Radončić and his colleagues talked with the head of the IOM Mission to BiH Gian Luca Rocco.
They spoke about the management of migration in BiH, as well as migration flows in the region. The IOM Head stated that the organization is interested in opening a Regional Center for Migration in BiH, with headquarters in Sarajevo.
Minister Radončić expressed his readiness to support the project of IOM given that BiH has a clear migration strategy, takes a serious approach to migration policy with an analysis of the current and possible future trends of migration flows, and would welcome cooperation with other countries in the region.
