Head of the EU Delegation in BiH sends Message to Citizens ahead of Elections

Head of the EU Delegation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Johann Sattler, announced the official start of the election campaign. He invited BiH citizens not to miss the opportunity to come out and cast their vote in the upcoming General Elections in October.

He said that on June 12 in Brussels, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s party leaders agreed that they will conduct the election campaign honestly, constructively and without rhetoric that causes division and hatred.

He adds that, ultimately, the results will depend on the citizens.

“Low turnout does no one any good. The vast majority in Bosnia and Herzegovina wants a European future. By voting, citizens have the opportunity to shape what the next four years will look like. I urge BiH citizens not to miss this opportunity,” said the head of the EU delegation in BiH.
