INCKO ZVANI?NA FOTOGRAFIJA-1The High Representative Valentin Inzko called on the leaders of the FBiH yesterday for a new meeting where they will discuss solutions in the process of naming a judge for the FBiH Constitutional Court.

At a meeting organized by OHR that was held on 3 April, the High Representative took it upon himself to organize the next meeting for participants and those responsible for naming a judge to consider proposals and find an area in which it would be possible to reach an agreement.

The meeting that was held on 3 April showed that there are steps that could be taken in order to achieve concrete progress and to fulfill some of the vacancies.

In his letter, the High Representative proposes a new meeting at the beginning of next week with the President and two Vice-Presidents of the FBiH, and the Collegium of the FBiH House of Peoples.

In the letter, the High Representative says that, having in mind the seriousness of the situation in the FBiH, he expects the leaders of the FBiH to be able to announce that they at least achieved an agreement that would ensure at the end of the meeting that a number of vacancies for a judge be less than it was before the meeting, and that they agreed for further steps in naming the rest of the judges.

The High Representative in the letter called on the President of the FBiH Živko Budimir, Vice Presidents Svetozar Pudarić and Mirsad Kebo, Chairman of the House of Peoples Radoje Vidović, Deputy Chairperson of the House of Peoples Jasmin Smailbegović, Head of the Club of Bosniaks in the House of Peoples of FBiH Amir Zukić, Head of the Club of Serbs in the House of Peoples Mira Ljubijankić and Head of the Club of Croats in the House of Peoples Luka Faletar.
