During the first year of its mandate, the Government of Canton Sarajevo (CS) fully fulfilled 19 promises from the document “Principles and Measures of Action of the Government of CS 2021-2022,” and carried out activities to implement 202 out of 404 promises that were monitored.

It was found out that seven promises were fulfilled during the first 100 days of the cantonal government’s work.

According to the results of the monitoring, 36 promises are being fulfilled, while the work on the fulfilling process has started in the case of another 146 promises. Two promises were assessed as unfounded, one as stopped, and one as unfulfilled.

The document “Principles and Measures of Action of the Government of CS 2021-2022″ is divided into several categories, in relation to the deadline and the percentage of execution. Thus, this agreement contained 34 promises related to the COVID-19 pandemic, 234 promises in short-term measures, which the Government expects to fulfill by the end of the mandate, in the fall of 2022, 58 promises in long-term measures, as well as 78 in the medium-term measures.

”At the end of the first year of the mandate of the Third Cantonal Government in Sarajevo, which was formed after the 2018 General Elections, it can be noticed that activities were carried out on more than half of the measures from the document “Principles and Measures of Action of the CS Government 2021-2022″. Of the promises for which the realization work has begun, 14 percent of them have a high probability that they will be fully fulfilled by the end of the mandate, while 36 percent of them have a medium probability,” it is noted in the statement.
