“In which countries do people pray to God daily?” is the question answered by Pixsell’s interesting map. While Moldova is in the first place, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) took the fifth position.

The map shows the countries of Europe and the percentage of people who pray to God every day. Moldova is in first place with 48 percent of citizens who pray to God every day.

After Moldova, Romania is in second place with 44 percent, and Croats are third with 40 percent. They are followed by Portugal with 37 percent, and BiH is in fifth place with 32 percent.

When it comes to other neighboring countries, there are also data for Serbia, where 27 percent of people pray to God every day.

The United Kingdom (UK) is in last place – only 6 percent of people practice daily prayer. Switzerland and Austria are also at the bottom with 8 percent, and there is Estonia where 9 percent of people pray every day.

According to the latest Pew Research Center survey from 2018, residents of Central and Eastern Europe are more likely to be more religious than residents of Western Europe. However, there is a trend where more and more Europeans claim to have little or no religious affiliation, Klix.ba reports.
