Hyundai Auto BiH Opened New Sales and Service Center in Sarajevo

Hyundai Auto BiH opened a sales and service center in Sarajevo that is worth over 8 million KM and is one of the most modern in Europe.

The total area is 6.300 m2 and consists of 4 floors, of which 2 are underground with over 150 parking spaces, a ground floor consisting of a retail showroom, a service center and spare parts shop, and galleries where administration offices are located.

‘Taking all of this into account, we can say that Hyundai Auto BiH is built and put into operation at the disposal of its customers in record time, more specifically a little over a year’’, said the Director of Hyundai Auto BiH Mirza Juzbašić.

Hyundai Auto BiH has been in operation since 1996 and records sales growth every year. The Center that opened in Sarajevo was built for sales and service for 500-1,000 autos a year.

This new center of Hyundai Auto BiH is the headquarter, and employs 29 people. Sales centers also exist in Mostar, Tuzla, Banja Luka and Doboj.

The Hyundai service center was built on the latest corporate standards and had to meet all environmental standards, and to meet the characteristics of an energy efficient building.

The leaders of Hyundai are especially proud of the service center, which is equipeed with the most modern MAHA equipment and techniques.

Professional staff at the service center was trained at two Hyundai centers in Germany. According to the Director of this department Jovica Bogdanović, ‘’a vehicle that is defective cannot leave the service center until the faulty part is removed”.
