Igman Company is investing 10 million Euros in Development of Products and Capacities

Company for production of weapons and munition Igman from Konjic plans to invest 10 million euros in development of new products and expansion of existing production capacities in the period from 2017 to 2019.

In the last two years, it has been invested more than two million euros of personal funds in the objects and equipment, said director of Igman Djahid Muratbegovic, in the interview for the last edition of BH Business Magazine.

“In 2016, we got revenue in the amount of 60 million euros and gain of 10 million euros, which we skillfully invest in development. We have already agreed significant portfolio of products for the next year, and we work intensively to negotiate activities for 2019, “said Muratbegovic.

He added that the whole production of this company is oriented toward exports. Requests of Armed Forces of BiH are minor and they usually refer to needs of participants in peace missions.

“Around fifty percent of production is placed to the USA, which keep world piece and it is a big recognition for us, and our customers are about fifty countries in all five continents,” emphasized director of Igman.
