The implementation of the project “I am my own chef” started officially with the signing of the cooperation contract between Tuzla Community Foundation, Association “Entrepreneurship development center” and Tourist-Catering school of Tuzla .
This project seeks to strengthen the capacity of students, teachers and management of Tourist-catering school of Tuzla to successfully start a cooking school to train chefs and waiters, to establish and manage student group on the production and sales of food products and services in 2014.
The total value of this innovative project is 25.440 BAM. The Foundation ensured co- financing with 15.000 BAM, Entrepreneurship development center ensured 3.640 BAM and the school provided 1.800 BAM, while the additional 5.000 BAM will be provided by local donators.
