Statistics on the FB&H Parliament Operation During 2013

sjednicaThe House of Representatives of FB&H Parliament in Sarajevo held 18 sessions-8 regular, 8 extraordinary and 2 thematic sessions during the year.

118 laws are submitted in draft form or proposal form, of which 41 proposed laws and 23 draft laws were adopted. 3 laws were not approved, the proponent withdrew from the procedure in 14 cases and 8 were withdrawn from the agenda.

After 3 December 2013, 14 laws are directed at the parliamentarian procedure and will be included in the agenda of the first session of the House of Representatives in January 2014.

Currently 15 legislative projects and discussion which have not been completed during this year are on the agenda for the beginning of next year.

The House of Representatives held 6 regular and 8 extraordinary sessions in 2013.

34 laws were adopted, two authentic regulations on legislation were given, 33 draft laws were adopted, 28 decisions and 6 statutes were adopted, 8 projects, 1 strategy, one declaration and 13 reports.
