Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the Sarajevo Canton Anti-Corruption Office, are searching the premises of the Ministry of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of the Canton.
As announced, the “Incitat 2” operation is being implemented based on orders from the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo and under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office.
The Prosecutor’s Office stated that documentation is being seized due to illegal construction on Bjelašnica.
