The Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Excise Duties in BiH specify the excise duties on the oil and oil products.

Therefore, excise duties for the construction of highways will be increased by 10 fenings per liter (now they would amount to a total of 20 fenings per liter) while the excise duties for the construction of main and regional roads will be increased by 5 fenings per liter and they will amount to 20 fenings per liter.

These changes are followed by the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Payments into the Single Account and Distribution of Revenues and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Indirect Taxation System in BiH.

The Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH will align previous texts of laws with the discussion at yesterday’s session, after which the set of draft laws will be submitted to the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH on consideration according to the urgent procedure.
