At an electronically held session, the Board of Directors of the Indirect Taxation Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ITA BiH) adopted the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Internal Organization. This was necessary for the opening of the Gradiška Border Crossing.
The session was not attended by Zijad Krnjić, whose mandate as an expert on behalf of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina expired in September.
In order for the session to be held and the decision to be adopted, the presence of the state and two entity finance ministers, as well as at least one more expert on behalf of the entity government, is necessary.
For months, Krnjić refused to vote, stressing that he would approve the Ordinance on the new Gradiška Border Crossing after the new coefficients for the distribution of VAT money are first included on the agenda, which the members of the Board of Directors from Republika Srpska do not agree to.
