Initiative for the Bus Line Bentbaša-Airport Sarajevo launched

Centrotrans Information System novovrijeme.baAppreciating numerous requests by users of their services, business partners, and the support by officials, the new management of the Public Enterprise Sarajevo International Airport Ltd. Sarajevo launched an initiative on the establishment of the bus line that would connect the city center with the airport.

Company Centrotrans Ltd. expressed readiness to support this initiative. After this, negotiations were held about the route, ticket prices and the adjustment of the timetable with current flight plans.

Negotiations between the Sarajevo International Airport and Centrotrans have been successfully completed, after which the company Centrotrans submitted a request for registration of this bus line to the relevant Ministry of Transportation of the Sarajevo Canton.

“Although the summer season started already and the number of tourists who come to our country thus increased, the relevant ministry has not given the approval for the establishment of this line yet. We believe that this issue will be solved as soon as possible, so that we could provide transportation services from the Airport to the city center to tourists and all other interested users,” stated the Sarajevo International Airport.
