Instead of a Reception, Archbishop Vuksic donated 500 Meals to the soup Kitchen

On Good Friday, in the Archbishop’s residence in Sarajevo, The Archbishop of Vrhbosnia, Msgr.Tomo Vukšić met with Fr. Petra Karajica, director of the humanitarian and charitable organization “Bread of St. Anthony” and on that occasion presented him with a gift of 500 meals.

With this, he continued the practice of giving gifts to the needy during the Easter and Christmas holidays, in this case the beneficiary of the “St. Anthony’s Bread” soup kitchen.

The aforementioned humanitarian and charitable organization has two soup kitchens in Sarajevo and one in Vares, where about 400 users receive a daily meal.

“We will use Archbishop Vukšić’s gift to purchase foodstuffs with which we will help those who knock on our door, with which we want to brighten up their Easter holidays,” said Friar Petar, thanking Archbishop Tomo, BHRT writes.
