13249330_1182622538455367_1527104326_nAs a part of the Reform Agenda, the FBiH Government launched the process of establishing one-stop shops, i.e. offices where in one place the potential investors will be able to find all information on launching a business in BiH and obtain necessary permits.

One-stop shop service of offices has already been launched in Tešanj, Teslić and Žepče and it is financed by the European Union through IPA funds. It is a common practice in the majority of European Countries.

In order to avoid problems with administration, potential investors in all municipalities in FBiH will be able to find in one place all information about conditions under which businesses are launched, tax liabilities, available business zones, post-investment support and, what is the most important, they can obtain all necessary paperwork in one place.

“It is being intensively worked on the establishment of one-stop shops. However, at the same time it is being worked on the decision on inoperability, which should interconnect the system. When the entire implementation process is completed, this one-stop system will enable investors to obtain all permits from different levels of authority. Thereby, the decision on inoperability is necessary for the system to work,” said Goran Miraščić, advisor to the Prime Minister of FBiH Fadil Novalić.

BiH still lags behind the majority of countries of the EU when it comes to the time necessary to launch a company. Thus, the previous practice shows that if an investor wants to launch a company in BiH it takes approximately 30 days to complete the process. The plan is to change this practice with the establishment of one-stop shops.
