Suad Huskić, the Mayor of the Municipality Tešanj, has sent the initiative to the House of Peoples of the FB&H to amend the Act on the Bet shops and Casinos.
The purpose of the initiative is to restrict the number of bet shops and casinos according to the number of inhabitants in a municipality, as there are restrictions on the number of taxi drivers, notaries, pharmacies and so on.
Moreover, he proposed to increase the distance from the schools to the minimum 300 meters.
The initiative was supported by the representative Aliefendić, the Union of Education, but not by all the representatives.
