The International Monetary Fund has paid 330 million Euros to the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina in three separate tranches to combat the coronavirus pandemic, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.

This information was confirmed by the Central Bank of BiH. The money has been deposited into the account of the CBBH according to an earlier agreement and decision of the IMF Executive Board, but it is not yet operational. In order for the money to be operational, a decision of the Council of Ministers of BiH is required.

Few days ago, at the session of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the SDA ministers did not support the decision, but the IMF still paid the money to the CBBH account.
