Grahić was exposed to insults and humiliations by several persons on March 5 and 29 this year in the vicinity of the mosque in Vlasenica.

The Interreligious Council also condemns the verbal attack on the muallima Enisa Okanović that took place at the bus station in Bijeljina on March 28.

“Given that the perpetrators are known to the relevant institutions, we urge the relevant bodies to pay special attention to these cases and impose adequate penalties, because this is an attack on the minority religious community. We call the citizens of Bijeljina nad Vlasenica for tolerance, mutual respect and respect of human dignity for every human being, because those are the values that are of key importance for peace and prosperity of our society,” the Interreligious Council in BiH stated.
