During May 2016, the construction of the largest tourist town in South Eastern Europe will start in the area of Trnovo. The company Buroj International Group from Dubai will start with the implementation of the 4.5 billion BAM worth project, within which, as announced, will be made a new town on the slopes of Bjelasnica Mountain.
“Since it is located on 1,000 meters above the sea level, in the area of clean air, the city will be named Buroj Ozone. With a large number of residential buildings, hotels, shopping and sports centers it will also include 1,000 luxury villas designed for comfortable living and recreation in nature. Luxury villas will be built in a modern style, and they will possess, depending on the type, three or four bedrooms, three or four bathrooms, pool, garage, separate garden, two parking lots and a discrete zone for comfortable and safe relaxation time,” said the investors.
Equipping of this area will be take place according to the highest international standards. Within the framework of the tourist town Buroj Ozone will be built 70 luxurious hotel, but in some of them will be possible to buy apartments at a relatively affordable prices.
Many people will be employed in this city later, they will buy themselves apartments, villas, rent them and earn well. The construction of Zayed Mall is planned within the framework of Buroj Ozone, one of the largest shopping malls in the region, with a planned area of one million m2.
