Mayor of the Municipality Centar Nedzad Ajnadzic met with Saud Al Anazi, the representative of “Malak Group” Ltd. Sarajevo, and his associates who expressed their interest in investing in this municipality.

This group from Saudi Arabia has several recognizable and large investments realized in BiH, with which it was ranked among the largest foreign investors. On this occasion, Mayor Ajnadzic emphasized the importance of interest that was showed by the already proven investor.

“The Municipality of Centar prepared a large number of projects that are ready for investment. I would like to particularly emphasize the modernization of Kosevo Stadium with a business zone, a hotel, an indoor swimming pool, and a shopping center with underground garages, the construction of a recreational center with a viewpoint at the locality Vranjace-Zlatiste with a cable car from Skenderija to Vranjace. The construction of a sports-recreational and hotel complex at the corner of Antuna Hangija Street and Maria Mikulica Street is also a project that is interesting to investors, as well as the construction of several underground garages at attractive locations in the Municipality Centar,” noted Mayor Ajnadzic, who also presented possible investment models to investors.

Advisor of Mayor Mustafa Resic presented prepared investment projects in the Municipality Centar and he proposed that representatives of investors and planners of the Municipality consider the possibilities of each location where is planned the construction of different economic and other facilities, with the aim of finding attractive solutions that will bring new impetus to further urbanization of the area of this municipality, creating additional value and hiring young, educated people.

A guest from Saudi Arabia, who is the Director General of the Hotel Malak Regency, emphasized that BiH has a great potential for tourism development and therefore the most interesting projects for them are the construction of hotels, malls, and swimming pools in Skenderija, public garages, and the sports and recreational center at Vranjace-Zlatiste.
