BiH Deputy Minister of Finances and Treasure Edita Đapo met today in Sarajevo with the ambassador of Kuwait in BiH Mohamed Fadel Kalaf Al-Telai.
They noted that BiH and Kuwait have friendly relations, but that there is the room for improving the economic cooperation because there is an interest of Kuwaiti investors in investing in BiH.
Kuwaiti ambassador said that the BiH and Kuwait can improve their cooperation in the field of agriculture but also in the field of health, where certain contacts have already been made.
Đapo said that BiH must open itself to foreign investments as well as to direct contacts between businessmen in accordance with existing international agreements.
Ambassador of Kuwait noted that lately, the interest of Kuwaiti citizens in BiH as a tourist destination has grown, and added that this year 25 000 visitors from Kuwait will visit BiH.
