President of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) Bakir Izetbegovic congratulated Zoran Zaev on his election victory in North Macedonia on Friday.
Izetbegovic told Zaev that the victory of the Social Democratic Alliance in the parliamentary elections in North Macedonia made the democratic forces in the entire region happy.
“The significant steps that North Macedonia has made under your leadership on the Euro-Atlantic path and the stabilization of interethnic relations are a factor of stability and a good example for the entire region,” Izetbegovic stated.
He added that with the conviction that the friendly relations of our countries would be raised to an even higher level, he extends his sincere congratulations to Zaev and wish him a successful mandate with the government he will lead.
