Jasmila Žbanić’s Latest Film Love Island Screened at KSC SKenderija

love islandLove Island, by the Bosnian-Herzegovinian director Jasmila Žbanić was screened on Saturday (16th August) at KSC Skenderija.

The film tells the story of Grebo and his wife Liliane who are taking a well-deserved vacation at a popular Adriatic seaside resort. All inclusive. Sun, swimming and fun. What could possibly go wrong on such an idyllic holiday? But past secrets cannot stay hidden for long on Love Island.

Jasmila Žbanić is a multi-award winning director from Bosnia and Herzegovina. For her most recent film, Love Island, she co-wrote the screenplay with the renowned Bosnian-Herzegovinian author Aleksandar Hemon.
