AS Jelah Group Bought Klas Company

KLASDirector of the Sarajevo-based company Haris Kuskunović confirmed to the B&H newspaper agency Patria that negotiations on the sale of this company to group AS from Jelah is nearing an end. Klas is expected to be transferred to the ownership of AS Jelah next week.

AS Jelah group, in addition to producing confectionery products and wholesale and retail trade, also owns the companies Vispak Visoko, Fortitudo Travnik, Oaza Tešanj, Napredak Tešanj and Vemal Tešanj.

The spokesperson of AS group Adis Hasaković told Patria newspaper agency that this company will announce more information regarding the purchase of Klas next week.
