ivo JosipovicThe President of Croatia, Ivo Josipović congratulated the politicians elected in B&H after the general elections held on Sunday and wished them success in leading the country towards Euro-Atlantic integrations. He also expressed his hope that the Croatian population in B&H is satisfied with its elected representative. – was reported by the Anadolu Agency.

“I congratulate to all members of the B&H Presidency, they are my colleagues with who I will be working in the future. I congratulate to all representatives in the Parliament and wish them to lead their country in the best possible direction.” – said Ivo Josipović.

He emphasized that he is especially pleased for the fact that there was no major deficits in the election process and added that this is a proof that B&H is a country able to respect high democratic standards.

“I am also very pleased that the situation about which the Croats in B&H reproached didn’t occur this time and that was the case of a candidate being selected from the Croatian side and not being trusted. I believe that the politicians are aware of the responsibility they got with these elections. I wish them lots of success and to lead their country towards EU and NATO.” – stated President Josipović for the press at his office in Zagreb.
