By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, SIPA police officers arrested Ramo Brkić, Senad Šabić and Azra Miletić, judges of the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Judge Azra Miletić is suspected of receiving gifts or other forms of benefits and violations of the law, and Ramo Brkić and Senad Šabić for giving gifts, i.e. bribery.
The suspects will be handed over to the assigned prosecutor, who will examine them and make a decision on a motion for custody or prohibitive measures, announced the BiH Prosecutor’s Office.
