Member of the Association of mothers of Srebrenica and Zepa enclaves Kada Hotic from Srebrenica, this morning, before leaving on the trial of Radovan Karadzic in The Hague, which will be held on the 24th of March, emphasized that this is a historic day for BiH, and that the life imprisonment is the only fair punishment for him.
“Finally came the day when we’re going to be present when the judgment for the most responsible person in BiH – Radovan Karadzic, who was the head of arms and crime in BiH, will be pronounced. Finally it is time for him to ‘pay’ for the evil that he did and to be punished, hopefully for lifetime. That would be the only fair punishment,” said Hotic.
On Thursday, when the judgment will be pronounced, those who denied that they committed evil, will have to accept the truth, said Hotic.
“This verdict, which is expected to be the strictest punishment, will be message and warning to other politicians who get crazy in the sense that they destroy nations, property and all that means life.
Many people are under the ground, many buildings are destroyed, industry is destroyed, the people is divided, the country is divided, and these are all consequences of butcher Radovan Karadzic who committed extremely dangerous criminal act, together with Slobodan Milosevic,” said Kada Hotic.
