The “Pionirska Dolina” Zoo in Sarajevo will become the home for 13 new animals next week-4 species, of which one is a wallaby kangaroo, said TV Sarajevo.
All the necessary administrative procedures, as well as visits to European zoos, veterinary examinations, obtaining export, transport and import permits, and the preparation for transport has all been completed. Therefore, the head of the “Pionirska Dolina” Zoo Esad Tajić and the zoo veterinarian Vedad Škapur will visit the Ljubljana Zoo this weekend, from where the transport of the donated animals will start next week.
