If it is to judge by their sources, the five most expensive countries for the people to live in are Switzerland, Norway, Venezuela, Island and Denmark. The cheapest countries of the world are India, Nepal, Pakistan, Tunis and Algeria.

Bosna and Herzegovina is marked as the 24th most cheap country of the world. Serbia is 26th, Montenegro 35th while Croatia is the most expensive country in the region, positioned 69th on the list.

The prices considered were those related to renting, restaurants, basic life supplies and the purchasing power of the local population.
