Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić extended congratulations to the Archbishop of Vrhbosna, Cardinal Vinko Puljić and all the Catholics in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Diaspora on the occasion of Christmas Eve and Christmas holidays.

“Christmas is an opportunity to remind ourselves of great values – humanity, solidarity and tolerance, and to show mutual respect and dignity,” said Komšić in the congratulatory message.

This great Catholic holiday, he adds, teaches us to respect and nurture the culture and tradition of Bosnia and Herzegovina and to pass them on to younger generations, as our ancestors passed them on to us.

“With best wishes for good health, peace and happiness, I extend my sincere congratulations on the occasion of Christmas Eve and Catholic Christmas,” reads the congratulations of Željko Komšić, Chairman of the Presidency of BiH.
