Ilijaš CentarA Memorandum of understanding which includes activities of the Municipality of Ilijaš and the investors from Kuwait regarding the construction of an outlet center at the territory of the Ilijaš Municipality was signed yesterday in the Cabinet of the Mayor of Ilijaš Municipality.

The outlet center will be built in the local community Ljubnići, at the location towards the Starača Lake, covering the surface of around 57.000 square meters.

Abdullah Al Haran, Director Executive of the company Maksab for the implementation of the project, said that this outlet center will consist of 97 stores which will sell products of many world brands at very competitive and favorable prices.

“The project also includes 63 residential units, i.e. villas, with different looks and models. Three hundred workers will be hired upon completion of the first stage of the project and 500 workplaces will be available after the completion of the entire project,” said Al Haran.

Mayor Akif Fazlić said that they expect the investors to collect all necessary paperwork until the September session of the Municipal Council and thus create all preconditions for implementation of the project.

According to his estimations, construction of the center might begin in spring next year.
