Lady Boss is Snježana Koepruner

lady-bossIn the framework of the 1st International day of women entrepreneurship in Sarajevo, Gala party “Lady Boss” was held. Snježana Koepruner, director of company GS-machinery factory, was chosen for the entrepreneur of the year in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

“I am surprised with this flattering prize, I would like to thank to everybody, in the first place to our employees without whom I would not be this successful. I was not born in Bosnia, I am from Dalmatia, but I feel very good here, and it is good to live and work here.

I hope that in the future, with help of employees, I will lead my company in the same manner as I did previously”, said Koepruner while taking the award.

Moreover, Radomirka Vukoje, owner of milk factory Pađeni from Bileća and Azra Atagić-Ćatović, director of Business portal eKapija.ba, have been also nominated for the prize.

Just for the record, criteria for selection was that woman is the owner of the company in at least 51%. In addition, the women who achieves the biggest number of points in the next quantitative criteria and having in mind results of business conduction in 2013: revenue, profit and employee number growth, is chosen for the prize.
