A fire truck that was made in accordance with the most modern European standards, and whose parts are made in Suco Company in Zivinice, was presented on the plateau in front of the building of the Municipality Stari Grad in Sarajevo.

Suco Company was opened at the beginning of this year, which is a representative of the German company Lentner GmbH, and it is dealing with the production of modern fire trucks. The owner and director of the company is Suad Beslic, an innovator from BiH.

Beslic, at the request of Lentner GmbH, created new ideas for the construction of a fire truck, thanks to which the fire truck was upgraded to the extent that its production and sales got increased by 30 %.

“This vehicle is my innovation, and I work for the German company Lentner GmbH, which is among the top 50 companies in this sector. At the beginning of this year, I came up with the idea of transferring a part of the production to our country and today we are very happy to say that the complete construction of this vehicle took place in BiH. Currently, we have a total of 20 employees, and our plan is to increase that number to 100 employees next year. Our final goal is that one such vehicle will be completely produced in BiH in the next four years,” said Beslic.

The presented vehicle was made in accordance with the latest technological achievements, as well as legal norms and wishes of their clients. “We made the first presentation of the vehicle here – in our country, and another one is scheduled in Germany for the next week,” added Beslic.

“We can see that this is one of the most modern fire trucks out there. We are especially glad that about 50 % of its parts were produced in BiH. This vehicle represents the very top of the fire trucks. This kind of vehicle would certainly be welcomed in any fire department and everyone would be proud to have it in its garage,” said Zahiragic.
