lejla selimovicLejla Selimovic is a young girl from Zenica who couldn’t find a job in her profession after graduating from the Law Faculty, and decided to devote to more creative side of her personality and transfer her hobby into a profession.

During the last three years, Lejla is engaged in redesigning of old furniture, which caused a great attention of BH and regional public as well.

At first, she worked on redesigning of the individual pieces of furniture as per customer request, but later he started to deal with the creative interior design. So with old redesigned pieces of furniture, Lejla arranged one cafe in Zenica, shop of healthy food and thematic apartment in Istra.

There is no lack of will, because this is a job that emerged from the enthusiasm and love. It is true that man can become physically tired from everything, but I am trying to find a measure and of course to organize so that I feel tiredness as less as possible. What inspires my job is the fact that I can always see the result of my work.

As her greatest achievement, Lejla considers the fact that she works every day and receives offers from the entire BiH and region as well.

“The redesigned furniture is generally of a solid wood and, although often a half decades old, is very functional and qualitative. Generally, I like older things, things that have soul and behind whose there is some story. Certainly, it should not be discussed about tastes, but it will not hurt anyone to broaden its horizons in every respect, including in terms of furniture and interior design“, said Lejla.
