Total loans to domestic sectors in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the end of November last year amounted to 23.3 billion BAM and are higher by 113.8 million BAM or 0.5 percent compared to October of the same year, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
Credit growth was registered in the household sector by 59.4 million BAM or 0.5 percent, private companies by 58.4 million BAM or 0.6 percent, and non-financial public companies by 2.8 million BAM or 0.5 percent.
In November of last year, compared to the previous month, a reduction in credit growth was registered at government institutions by 1.7 million BAM or 0.2 percent, and at other domestic sectors by five million BAM or 2.2 percent.
The annual growth rate of total loans in November 2023 was 6.1 percent, nominally 1.33 billion BAM.
Annual credit growth was registered in the household sector by 810.4 million BAM or 7.4 percent, private companies by 483.4 million BAM or 5.3 percent, non-financial public companies by 18.8 million BAM or 3.2 percent, and in other domestic sectors by 54.3 million BAM or 32.9 percent.
Reduction of credit growth on an annual level was registered with government institutions by 32.9 million BAM or 2.9 percent.
Foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the end of November last year amounted to 15.68 billion BAM and are less by 90 million BAM or 0.57 percent compared to the previous month.
