High Representative Christian Schmidt officially welcomed Louis J. Crishock, who took over his duties as the Principal Deputy High Representative and Brčko District Supervisor.

“I am delighted to announce and welcome Louis J. Crishock at the Office of the High Representative as my new Principal Deputy and as the new Brčko District Supervisor. I am confident that his leadership, experience and vision will contribute significantly to continued success of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the OHR’s mission,” said the High Representative Schmidt.

Louis J. Crishock is a member of the United States’ Senior Foreign Service, with the rank of Counselor. He most recently served as State Department Fellow in Residence at the Polar Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, DC.

The High Representative used this opportunity to thank the United States for their steadfast support and dedication to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the implementation of the OHR’s mandate.
