President of RS Milorad Dodik that political stability will persist in 2013, and he thinks that there will be intensification of works on large investments which are ensured and launched in the previous period.

”It may not be obvious now, because there are no construction works, but RS will become one huge contraction site”, announced Dodik.

Dodik said it is RS’s way of fighting global crisis and challenges.

”I’m convinced that these investments will secure and strengthen our economy, and will increase chances for employment’’, said Dodik to SRNA.

He added that RS secured 2 billion EUR of safe investments that are in various stages of implementation.

”Some already started with the implementation, and some are about to start, like the construction of highway Doboj-Banjaluka, thermal power plant Stanari, Ugljavik 3 and Gornji horizonti. We will continue our cooperation with RWE from Germany on building the hydro power plants. We want to intensify things that will bring number of people who will be working on these jobs”, said Dodik.
