Magazinovic: There will be no Change in the Election Law

Sasa Magazinovic, a member of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) of BiH in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said that the election game had started and that the rules according to which it was played could not be changed in half of the game.

So, he added, there is nothing from the change of the BiH Election Law.

“Will there be pressure to do that – yes, it will. But it will not happen and we already know that it will be so. So the only thing that can happen is a few days of raising tensions again on the BiH Election Law, which now when the elections are called, there is no special chance that it will be adopted “, believes Magazinovic.

When asked about the session of the Croatian National Convocation (HNS) Presidency, which was announced for today, and earlier announcements of a possible territorial reorganization of BiH, Magazinovic said that the HNS is a non-governmental organization and that he could comment on the views of political parties.

“But what the HDZ has managed to do is introduce a non-governmental organization into the public space as a political factor. I would not compare it with some other non-governmental organizations, just not to introduce them in the same sentence. HDZ “, stated Magazinovic.

He added that he did not know “why people hide behind an NGO when they are a parliamentary party that can function like all other parties”.

“On the other hand, I think that HDZBiH is already preparing for the ‘Plan B’ mentioned by Dragan Covic, and that is participation in elections and blockade after elections, blackmail that no government will be formed or parliaments will be constituted until the laws that change they want, first of all, the Election Law of BiH “, concluded Magazinovic, BHRT writes.
