Mayor of Hadzici and Arab Investor signed 660,000 BAM worth Contract

contractMayor of Hadzici Hamdo Ejubovic and director of Rawasi Real Estate Sarajevo Burjaq Tariq signed the contract on co-financing of the construction of the first phase of water supply network and sewage system in settlements Crepljani – Lokve, yesterday in the building of the Municipality of Hadzici.

The total value of contracted works amount to 660,000 BAM.

Through the Service for physical planning, urban planning and construction, the Mayor earlier issued a final solution on urban permit for construction of residential buildings, pools, administration, supermarkets and restaurants as well as approval for the construction of 34 residential buildings in Crepljani – Lokve – Pazaric, whose investor is Rawasi Real Estate Sarajevo.

With quality sports and recreational facilities in beautiful natural surroundings under Igman, by construction of the complex of apartments and the adrenaline park, this investor wants to attract and accommodate both foreign and domestic tourists, as announced from the Municipality of Hadzici.
