The Mayor of Sarajevo Ivo Komšić received today the inaugural visit of the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to BiH Seyed Hossein Rajabija.
They stressed the mutual affection between the peoples and countries of BiH and Iran. In this sense, they expressed their desire to preserve friendly relations to further strengthen cultural and university cooperation.
Also, they expressed mutual willingness to establish cooperation between Sarajevo and Tehran, which is an interesting city with its decision of municipal infrastructure, particularly in the field of transport and waste disposal.
The Ambassador of Iran invited the Mayor of Sarajevo to visit Tehran with a delegation, in order to agree on concrete steps for future cooperation, announced the City of Sarajevo.
