President of RS and the newly elected member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Serb people, Milorad Dodik said that he would advocate for the European path of the country and for military neutrality and demilitarization of BiH, against military alliances, and that Serbs in the BiH Parliament would not work to the detriment of Bosniaks and Croats.

At a meeting with the Head of the OSCE Mission to BiH, Ambassador Bruce Berton, he stressed that he would work in accordance with the Constitution and that his “initial act at his new duty would be to restore BiH’s internal sovereignty, that is, advocating for the abolition of the institution of the High Representative in BiH and the removal of foreign nationals from the Constitutional Court of BiH”.

As announced from Dodik’s office, he thanked Berton for congratulations on his election to the Presidency in BiH, stressing that he would strive towards respecting the Constitution and the Dayton Agreement as it has been written, and to preserve peace and the achieved economic progress.
