The Mayor of Sarajevo, Samir Avdić, welcomed the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina in sitting volleyball, which returned from the World Championship in China with a silver medal and secured placement at the Paralympic Games in Los Angeles in 2028.
Congratulating the national team members on another historic success, Mayor Avdić pointed out that they are true ambassadors of Bosnia and Herzegovina, whose hard work, togetherness and unwavering sportsmanship are an inspiration to the entire society.
“Thank you for once again making all our citizens proud with your results and your attitude towards the shirt of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Congratulations, champions,” said Avdić.
