Minister Mektic with King Salman: Cooperation of Security Agencies in the Fight against Terrorism

Minister of Security of BiH Dragan Mektic is currently paying an official visit to Saudi Arabia, where he met with Saudi king Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and possibilities for the improvement of mutual cooperation between the security agencies of these two countries.

The meeting was also attended by Minister of Internal Affairs of Saudi Arabia, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of Foreign Affairs Nizar bin Obaid Madani, and Ambassador of BiH to Saudi Arabia, Senahid Bristric.

The fight against terrorism and extremism was in the focus of their conversation. They estimated that they need to strengthen the cooperation in this area, and they also scheduled the return visit of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Saudi Arabia to BiH, at which will be presented the action plan for future cooperation between security agencies of these two countries.
