Members of BiH’s Rescue Services rescued Two Injured Foreign Nationals in Medugorje

Members of the Alliance of Mountain Rescue Services in Bosnia and Herzegovina rescued two injured people on Sunday at Križevac Hill in Medjugorje.

In just ten minutes, two people were injured on Križevac Hill, a British national who had serious head and spine injuries and an Italian pilgrim who broke her arm.

The GSSBiH states that 11 mountain rescuers from Citluk and Ljubuski stations participated in the rescue operation of a British citizen who was injured and that during the transport of the British, mountain rescuers were informed that an Italian pilgrim had injured on the same hill and that he needed help. Rescuers found him with a fractured arm.
