Members of the BiH Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today seized documents from the American University based in Tuzla, due to suspicion that the director of that higher education institution forged documents, evaded taxes, laundered money and committed fraud.
The temporary confiscation of the documentation was realized according to the orders of the Municipal Court and the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office in Sarajevo, SIPA stated in the press release.
The statement states that the seized documents, together with the report, will be submitted to this court and the prosecutor’s office for further action.
