Today, due to heavy rain, Meteoalarm issued an orange warning for most of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the expected amount of precipitation is between 30 and 50, locally up to 70 liters per square meter.

A warning is in force for Krajina, southwestern and northwestern regions. In the region of Banja Luka, the western part of the Prijedor region, Bihac, Livno, Mostar and Trebinje, it is expected that in some places up to 70 liters of rain per square meter will fall in 24 hours.

Heavy rainfall will also affect the eastern area of the Prijedor region, but less than in the west, from 30 to 50 liters of rain per square meter.

An orange warning indicates that dangerous weather events have been predicted, which can cause material damage and be dangerous.

The yellow warning is in force for the regions of Foca, Visegrad, Sarajevo and Tuzla, where up to 30 liters of rain per square meter are expected in some places. A yellow warning indicates potentially dangerous weather.
